I think this is just life though. There is always something that comes up. Some sort of lump or speed hump and we don’t book in for that check up, make the time for our mental health then all of a sudden it’s been a long time since you’ve taken care of yourself. Thank you! And I’m sure I am just being overly dramatic and a biopsy will confirm soon enough. X
